How far will listed property go and what’s its role in portfolios now
Australian listed property has risen sharply in value over the past year. The S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT index is now close to its pre-Covid peak, driven by billions of dollars in capital seeking real assets.

But the Real Estate Investment Trusts landscape has never been more complex. Finding the right opportunities depends on a wide range of factors.

You’re invited to join Pendal’s award-winning property investment portfolio managers Pete Davidson and Julia Forrest for our July adviser briefing webinar.
